SSBB Thanks Saint-Gobain PAM UK

Posted on

A huge thank you goes out to Saint-Gobain PAM UK for the extremely kind donation of £1000.

The company allocates a sum of money to be used for supporting the local community and the donation is fantastic and to receive such a remarkable amount and is a testament to the Company’s on-going involvement with the local community. The money will be used for the upkeep and maintenance, as well as the running costs of the bikes. Maintenance on the Blood Bikes is on-going and growing expense, so we’re constantly in need of support such as this. All our riders enjoy riding their motorbike, but it’s rewarding to know you’ve been able to help somebody else and the NHS at the same time. All of us at SSBB are proud of the service we provide.

Jon H work donationJon H, fellow Blood Biker and employee of Saint-Gobain PAM UK was on hand to accept this generous donation on behalf of us all at SSBB.

Site Director, Andrew Harris had these kind words to say;

“At Saint-Gobain PAM UK, we want to act in support of our community. When Jon asked for the donation towards the work of the Blood Bikes we did not hesitate to agree, as we recognise how important the charity is to Shropshire in terms of ensuring the health and wellbeing of all of us; this is something that really matters to us as an organisation. The volunteers at Shropshire and Staffordshire Blood Bikes make themselves available to be on all when a delivery is required, and they give their spare time to raise awareness and funding for the work they do. We’d like to acknowledge these efforts and make our contribution.”

Once again a huge thank you to Jon H, Andrew Harris and all at Saint-Gobain PAM UK. It’s generosity like this that keeps us going, and from all of us at Shrophire & Staffordshire Blood Bikes, Thank You!
