Controller and Rider Induction

There is another controller/rider induction evening planned for 7.00pm Monday 9th February which will be held in Sandyford Community Fire Station, Tunstall. The session lasts about an hour and a half depending on questions and discussions that may follow.

This informal training session will highlight how the two roles of rider and controller are interlinked and covers both rider and controller procedures and all aspects of the rota including events.

This will be an opportunity for new members to familiarise themselves with the SSBB private site and have any queries answered. Experienced riders will be in attendance in addition to committee members to clarify any queries you may have.

Although being held in the North Staffs Area all members across the counties are welcome to attend. If members are aware of potential new members, who have applied and whose applications are still going through the system and may not have received this notification, please advise them of the planned training in case they wish to attend. All are welcome.

Please indicate your availability for attendance on the attached doodle poll so that we know approximate numbers for the evening.
