Come and see SSBB at the Carole Nash Classic Bike Show today or tomorrow at the Stafford County Show Ground. Andy, Zoe, Chris and the “Ninja Ferret” will be there to answer your questions relating to the group and the work we do, as well as selling SSBB car/bike stickers made by GraphicMonster.co.uk.
You will find us on top of the balcony in the main hall!
Overall the show was a great success and we managed to meet and speak to a whole host of new supporters, raising a whopping £118.52 in the process! Hopefully they will go home this evening and tell their friends and family all about us and our “Social Coverage” will continue to grow. On this note, we have almost 600 followers on our Facebook page now, which is very encouraging! Please continue to “Share” our page with all of your Facebook friends, this will help us to disseminate our work to as many people as we can.
You will see below that Andy’s ZX10 was displaying the group logo and newly printed “Blood” sticker. This apparantly caught the eye of many a passer by, as did our luminous yellow volunteer t-shirts!
Finally, don’t forget, our target of a November 1st start date is still on! If we achieve this, it would make SSBB the fastest forming operational blood bike group in the country! This has only been made possible by the support of our volunteers and supporters, so thank you ever so much, and thanks must also go to the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club (VJMC) for letting us share a stand and to the organizers for allowing us to participate in this prestigious event!
